Wow, this stuff works better than I expected! I have used it on our beige carpet when the cat has gotten sick and it took the stain out pronto! It was fast and easy to use, it doesn't take much product. For tougher areas, I used a carpet brush. It has a light citrus fragrance - it is not overpowering and doesn't linger. I would highly recommend this product.

I've used this product for years and love it!!! Not too long ago, the local stores stopped carrying it, so I had to find a place to order it online. Since Amazon.com offered the free shipping for over $25, I ordered three bottles. It's been a nightmare since. Let's see, there have been replacement bottles sent to replace bottles that were replacements themselves! I've ordered 11 bottles over the last few months and actually only received three bottles (including one that was nearly empty since it leaked). That package was delivered in a large black trash bag!! Even right after I placed this recent order, I wrote Amazon.com and begged them to please make sure the packers tightened the lids of the bottles. Obviously that didn't happen again since yet another package disappeared in transit. This is a WONDERFUL PRODUCT, but buy it local or wait until Amazon.com can get its act together with the packing/shipping.

I love the lemon grass fragrance of this product. My husband is sensitive to scents so I have to be careful of certain items that I purchase. I use it when my pet has a wet accident on bedding. It takes the odor & stain OUT just like the label says.
